RETURN POLICY

We quality-check all our items before they leave our warehouse. Only damaged items can be returned within 5 business days. We may ask to take photo evidence and proof of purchase before returning to ensure the goods are damaged. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@londonscarvesoutlet.com. We will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions if the return is accepted. Note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For any other questions please contact us at contact@londonscarvesoutlet.com

MISSING ITEMS / DAMAGED GOODS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the goods are missing, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded in the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Orders with free delivery will be charged postage fees. This will be deducted from your final bill. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SALE ITEMS
